The Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB) has announced new private sector job vacancies for qualified Sri Lankan candidates. Executive Customer Service – Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations and customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely resolution of disputes and customer requests.
• Support CRIB digital customer service initiatives.
• Assist Help Desk and Call Center operations.
• Participate in public awareness and customer service programs.
• Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Service Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience in call center operations will be an added advantage.

Trainee – Data Analytics Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and analytical reports.
• Support data-driven analytical solutions and projects.
• Work with stakeholders to improve analytics infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python or R is required.
