🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with 6 subjects in one sitting.
- Must have obtained Credit Passes in 4 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil and Mathematics.
- Passed G.C.E. A/L examination in one sitting (excluding General English and General Knowledge).
- Must be a Sri Lankan citizen with good character.
- Must possess physical and mental fitness to serve anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Applicants must be 18 years or above and below 32 years as at the closing date.
