Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the bank’s overall Research & Development and innovation strategy.
- Design and implement a future-focused R&D roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver high-impact innovation projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing research and innovation team.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across innovation initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Master’s Degree (MBA / MSc) from a recognized university – Highly Preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in R&D, Technology, or Software Engineering
- At least 10 years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Enterprise Architecture
