Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the bank’s overall Research & Development and innovation strategy.
Design and implement a future-focused R&D roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Deliver high-impact innovation projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing research and innovation team.
Collaborate closely with IT, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across innovation initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Master’s Degree (MBA / MSc) from a recognized university – Highly Preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum 20 years of experience in R&D, Technology, or Software Engineering
At least 10 years in a senior leadership or executive role
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Enterprise Architecture
