💼 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Enhance digital payment systems including mobile & internet banking.
• Drive automation, AI, data analytics, and fintech solutions.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop structured change management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations.
• Oversee data security, governance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with regulators, consultants, and technology partners.
• Monitor fintech trends and competitive developments.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
• Postgraduate qualification (MSc in Digital Innovation/Transformation or MBA) highly desirable.

Professional & Experience Requirements:

• Professional certifications in Digital Transformation or Corporate Governance.
• Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience.
• Proven record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
