📌 Director (Finance) – Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Management recognized by UGC.
• Master’s Degree in Financial Management OR ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualification.
• Minimum 15 years managerial-level experience in Finance / Accounting / Auditing.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, budgeting, and financial analysis skills required.
• Age Limit: 35 – 55 Years.

📌 Assistant Director (HR Development) – Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management / Public Management / Supply Management recognized by UGC.
• Minimum 5 years post qualifying executive-level experience in HR Management / Administration.
• Government and semi-government employees can apply through proper channel.
• Age Limit: 22 – 45 Years.

The vacancies are available at the CEA Head Office, Battaramulla.
