🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute bank-wide data & analytics strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and cost optimization using advanced analytics.
• Implement predictive & prescriptive models for risk management.
• Build scalable data architecture and real-time dashboards.
• Adopt AI, Machine Learning, and modern analytics technologies.
• Provide insights to corporate management and stakeholders.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• OR Master’s Degree in relevant discipline (preferred).

📜 Preferred Qualifications

• CFA (USA)
• IABAC Certification
• Google Data Analytics Certification
• Microsoft Power BI / Tableau
• IBM Data Science Certification

💼 Experience

• Minimum 8 years experience in Data Analytics.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Banking/financial sector experience preferred.

⚡ Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of AI & Machine Learning
• Leadership and communication skills
• Strategic thinking & problem-solving ability

📌 Additional Details

• Contract: 3 Years (with performance reviews)
• Attractive salary package
• Age limit: 50 years or below
