Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Management, Engineering, Commerce, etc.) from a recognized university. Higher positions require postgraduate qualifications and managerial experience (1–15 years depending on post).

- Director Level: Rs. 133,000+
- Senior Deputy Director: Rs. 123,000+
- Assistant Director: Rs. 81,000+
- Officer Level: Rs. 65,000+
