1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline obtained from a local or foreign university recognized by UGC of Sri Lanka.
• Postgraduate qualification or certifications in banking systems will be an added advantage.
• Please attach copies of certificates with the application.

2. Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• ISO 9001 Awareness
• Oracle DBA, SQL Server, CBS platform training
• Professional certifications in Oracle FLEXCUBE, Finacle, Temenos etc.
• COBIT 2019 knowledge will be an added advantage

3. Previous Work Experience

• Minimum 15 years experience in application development and support within a financial institution.
• At least 7 years experience in a Senior Position.
• Capability to do Cost-Benefit Analysis of IT solutions.
• Exposure to CBS modules such as Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments.
• Experience in system upgrades, patch management and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, stored procedures and troubleshooting application-level issues.
• Knowledge of banking operations, digital channels and regulatory compliance.

1. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline recognized by UGC of Sri Lanka.
• Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

3. Previous Work Experience

• Minimum 15 years experience in IT network and infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior consultancy position.
• Experience managing large-scale data centers and enterprise networks.
• Experience in banking or financial sector will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in disaster recovery concepts and infrastructure security.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Ability to guide cross-functional technical teams.

💰 Salary & Contract Details

Employment Category: Fixed Term Contract

Contract Period: 03 Years (Subject to annual performance review)

Salary Scale: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Age Limit: 40 – 55 Years
