The Department of Immigration and Emigration has officially released the Efficiency Bar Examination 2026 notice for Authorized Officers Grade II. Eligibility
- Applicants must be Authorized Officers Grade II of the Department of Immigration & Emigration.
- Applications should be submitted through the Head of the Department.
- Only eligible officers should apply according to the Gazette notification.

Important Information
- First attempt candidates are exempted from examination fees.
- Re-appearing candidates must pay Rs.500 per subject or Rs.1,500 for the full examination.
- Applications must be prepared using the official application format.

- Admission cards will be issued by SLIDA.
- Candidates must produce a valid NIC, Passport or Driving Licence at the examination.
- The examination is conducted in Sinhala, Tamil and English.
