• Sri Lankan citizens only.
• Both male and female applicants can apply.
• Must be unmarried.
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Age should be between 18 and 28 years as at 2026.05.29.
• Minimum height should be 4 feet 10 inches (147.3 cm).

G.C.E. O/L Requirements

• Pass 06 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, Mathematics, Science and English.
• Required passes should be obtained within two sittings.

G.C.E. A/L Requirements

• Three passes in Biology Stream subjects.
• Applicants from Physical Science Stream can also apply according to the official notice.
• Results from 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 examinations are accepted.

• Selections will be made on district basis.
• Z-Score and educational qualifications will be considered.
• Qualified applicants will be called for interviews.
• Original certificates must be produced at the interview.

Applicants must pay Rs. 1000/- to the Bank of Ceylon before submitting the online application.
