💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure smooth branch functioning through effective internal controls.
- Manage client acquisition and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Motivate and guide branch staff to achieve business objectives.
- Strengthen credit operations, risk management, and branch performance.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Accountancy, or equivalent from a UGC-recognized university.
- AND one of the following professional qualifications:
- ICASL Intermediate or Licentiate Examination.
- CIMA UK Stage I & II Examination.
- Associate Membership of IBSL.
📈 Experience Requirements
- Minimum 06 years executive-level experience in banking or financial institutions.
- Experience in branch credit appraisal, credit disbursement, risk operations, and recovery functions.
- Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience as an Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary Scale: Rs.135,125 – 188,125 per month
Monthly Gross Salary: Approximately Rs.248,500/-
Additional Benefits: Cost of Living Allowance, Rent Allowance, 10% Allowance, and other bank-approved benefits.
