• LMS / SMS / SIS Technical Support & Coordination
• WordPress Website Management
• End User IT Support (Hardware & Software)

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in the IT field
• Experience with LMS/SMS/SIS platforms preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Basic to Intermediate Linux Server Administration knowledge
• Networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN & IP Addressing
• Experience managing WordPress websites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple IT tasks independently
