1. Secretary to Chairman and Director
Number of Vacancies: 01
Employment: Contract basis
Qualifications
A recognized degree approved by the University Grants Commission in one of the following areas:
- Public Management
- Human Resource Management
- Management
- Commerce
- Arts
OR
A relevant Diploma or Higher Diploma in Personal Assistant studies obtained from an industrial or vocational training institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, together with at least three years of relevant experience.
Salary Scale: JM 1-1 – 2025
Initial Monthly Salary: Rs. 72,650 + Rs. 17,800 = Rs. 90,450
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 22 and 45 years of age.
Contract Period: One year, which may be renewed at the discretion of the institution based on satisfactory performance.
Recruitment Method: Written competitive examination and/or structured interview.
2. Management Assistant – Non-Technological
Number of Vacancies: 01
External Applicants
Applicants must have passed six subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in one sitting, with credit passes for four subjects, including:
- Sinhala or Tamil Language
- English Language
- Mathematics
Applicants must also have passed three subjects, excluding the General Paper, at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in one sitting in the Science, Mathematics, Technology or Commerce stream.
A six-month Certificate Course in Computer Applications from a recognized institution is also required.
Internal Applicants
Eligible employees in the Primary Level Skilled, Semi-Skilled or Unskilled categories should possess the specified O/L qualifications, at least five years of satisfactory service in a permanent post and a six-month certificate in Computer Applications.
Salary Scale: MA 1-2 – 2025
Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220 – 10×540 – 7×630 – 12×1,080 – 12×1,280 – Rs. 84,350
Age Limit: External candidates must be between 18 and 45 years of age. The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
Recruitment Method: Written competitive examination and/or structured interview.
3. Driver
Number of Vacancies: 01
External Applicants
Applicants must have passed six subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, with at least two credit passes, in a maximum of two sittings.
Applicants must possess a valid driving licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic for driving heavy vehicles and have at least three years of driving experience after obtaining the licence.
Internal Applicants
Internal applicants must possess a heavy-vehicle driving licence, at least three years of relevant driving experience and a minimum of five years of satisfactory service in a Primary Unskilled category post.
Salary Scale: PL 3 – 2025
Monthly Salary Scale: Rs. 43,280 – 10×490 – 10×540 – 10×590 – 12×630 – Rs. 67,040
Government-approved allowances, EPF, ETF and Agrahara medical insurance benefits will be provided according to the applicable conditions.
Age Limit: External applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age.
Recruitment Method: Trade test and structured interview.
