About the Internship
The Customer Service Internship offers young candidates an opportunity to begin their careers with Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. Selected interns will receive practical experience and on-the-job training at SLT customer service centres.
The programme is designed to help participants develop customer service, communication and workplace skills while gaining experience in a leading digital technology organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have six passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination in one sitting.
- The six passes must include Sinhala or Tamil, English Language and Mathematics.
- Applicants must have at least three credit passes at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level examination.
- Good G.C.E. Advanced Level results and eligibility for university entrance will be considered an additional advantage.
Internship Programme Details
Work assignments will be conducted at SLT customer service centres for a maximum of six days per week. Participants who successfully complete the internship will receive an Internship Completion Letter.
