Key Requirements
Applicants should satisfy the following requirements:
- Be a Member of the Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICSSL);
OR
Be an Attorney-at-Law, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university. - Possess a Company Secretarial Licence.
- Have a minimum of five (05) years' experience as a Board Secretary.
- Out of the required experience, at least three (03) years should have been in a licensed bank or financial institution.
- Applicants should have demonstrable exposure to Board-level governance and regulatory compliance.
- Be below 57 years of age.
Salary
The salary will be negotiable and will be determined according to the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and overall suitability.
