📌 Job Responsibilities
- Assist Conveyancing Unit in land registry matters.
- Conduct title searches and attest mortgage bonds.
- Represent the Bank before Courts and Tribunals.
- Draft and vet commercial and legal agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support.
🎓 Candidate Criteria
- Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public (Colombo or Kandy).
- Valid Notarial License in English.
- LL.B or LL.M is an advantage.
- 6–8 years experience in bank, finance or law firm.
- Strong knowledge in conveyancing and litigation.
- Good English skills (Tamil is an advantage).
- Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure.
