Qualifications
1. Manager – HR and Admin
A Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Commerce, Public Administration or another relevant degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
2. Manager – Finance
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce or another relevant UGC-recognized degree. Applicants should also possess the relevant professional/intermediate qualification specified in the official advertisement.
3. Manager – Operations
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Public Administration, Operations Management or another relevant degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
4. Internal Auditor
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or another relevant UGC-recognized degree together with the professional qualifications and relevant post-qualifying experience specified in the advertisement.
5. Legal Officer
Attorney-at-Law with at least three years of post-qualifying experience in the relevant field in a Corporation, Board or reputed Mercantile Establishment.
6. Centre Manager – 18 Vacancies
Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or another relevant UGC-recognized degree. The Junior Managerial Grade requires relevant post-qualifying experience as stated in the official notice.
7. Assistant Manager – Operations
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Operations Management, Public Administration or another relevant degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
8. Technical Officer
Certificate of proficiency not below NVQ Level 5 issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission in the relevant field, together with the required relevant experience.
9. Management Assistant – 22 Vacancies
- Passed six subjects at G.C.E. O/L in one sitting with Credit passes for four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English and Mathematics.
- Passed three subjects at G.C.E. A/L, excluding the General Paper.
- A course recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission in Computer Word Processing, Typing or a similar relevant qualification of not less than six months.
- Relevant post-qualifying experience as specified in the vacancy advertisement.
10. Driver – 03 Vacancies
- Passed six subjects at G.C.E. O/L with two Credit passes in a maximum of two sittings.
- Valid driving licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
- Minimum three years of driving experience after obtaining the licence.
11. Office Aide – 22 Vacancies
Passed six subjects at G.C.E. O/L with at least two Credit passes in a maximum of two sittings.

Age Limit
- Managerial / Junior Managerial posts: Generally 22 to 45 years as at the closing date.
- Technical Officer, Management Assistant, Driver and Office Aide: Generally 18 to 45 years as at the closing date.
Selection Method
Depending on the post, selection may include a written competitive examination, language proficiency, aptitude, subject knowledge, general knowledge, computer tests, structured interviews and/or trade tests. Applicants should refer to the official advertisement for the exact selection procedure applicable to each position.
