Important Instructions for Selected Candidates
Candidates whose names appear in the interview list should carefully check the interview date, reporting time and interview calling number shown in the relevant district PDF.
- National Identity Card, valid passport or valid Sri Lankan driving licence.
- Original birth certificate.
- Original educational certificates used to establish eligibility.
- Original school leaving certificate.
- Photocopies of the required identification and certificates.
- Residence certificate obtained from the relevant Grama Niladhari, where applicable.
- Required documents to establish district eligibility.
- Affidavit where there are differences between names appearing on official certificates, where applicable.
- Relevant medical documentation for candidates applying under the differently abled condition, where applicable.

Data Collection Form for Selected Candidates
All candidates qualified for the interview are instructed to complete the online data collection form before 10 October 2026.

According to the official covering letter, qualification-verification interviews for candidates selected under the second recruitment round are scheduled for 17 October 2026 and 18 October 2026.
Candidates should report to the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Independence Square, Colombo 07 at the date and time specified in their district-wise interview list.
Check the relevant district PDF carefully because interview dates and reporting times can differ between candidates.
