Qualifications & Experience
Assistant Director Posts
A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in a relevant field such as Insurance, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Actuarial Science or a similar discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification. Applicants should generally possess approximately 6 years of post-qualifying managerial experience in a reputed organization.
Executive Posts
A recognized Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Applicants should generally have 2 years of post-qualifying relevant experience at junior executive or executive level in a reputed organization.
Driver cum Office Aide
Applicants should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in 6 subjects with 3 credit passes and possess approximately 5 years' experience as a driver together with a valid heavy vehicle driving licence.
