Invitation for Proposals
The Lady Lochore Loan Fund (LLLF) invites sealed proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Individual Consultants to provide consultancy services for the Development of a Loan Management System (LMS).
This procurement is conducted strictly in accordance with the Consultancy Procurement Guidelines – 2007 of the Government of Sri Lanka.

Proposal Submission Method
Completed proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope via registered post or hand delivery on or before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
