Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or related field.
Public procurement degree or specialized professional training is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in public procurement.
Experience in similar assignment in government or international financial institution project is highly desirable.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge.
Knowledge and experience in STEP / WB Projects or similar software is an advantage.
Excellent report writing and good command of spoken and written English and Sinhala.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Category C salary scale and allowances as per Management Services Circular No. 01/2026.

EPF / ETF: Employer contribution 12% and 3% respectively.

Main Duties

Assist DSD in procurement activities under the project.
Prepare procurement documents, reports, evaluations and contract documents.
Coordinate with World Bank and government institutions when required.
Maintain procurement monitoring, records and filing systems.
Support transparency, accountability and procurement compliance.
