The Department of National Zoological Gardens has announced a new recruitment opportunity for several PL-01 and PL-02 Grade III posts, including Elephant Keeper, Security Guard, Garden Assistant, Animal Keeper, Laboratory Assistant, Mechanic, Cook and several other positions.

Basic Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the relevant posts should carefully check the qualifications mentioned in the official advertisement.
PL-01 Posts: Applicants should have passed six subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, including at least two Credit Passes, in not more than two attempts.
PL-02 Posts: In addition to the required educational qualifications, applicants for the relevant vocational posts should possess the required NVQ Level 2 competency specified for the post.
Age Limit
Applicants should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as specified in the recruitment notice.
Salary Scale
PL-01 Grade III: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 61,880
PL-02 Grade III: Rs. 41,800 – Rs. 65,560
