JOB PROFILE

▹ Assist Legal Recovery Unit – initiate timely recovery action for past-due facilities
▹ Appear and represent the Bank in courts as and when required
▹ Prepare Board Papers under Recovery of Loans by Banks Act, No. 04 of 1990
▹ Land registry: draft & attest deeds – Conditions of Sale, Certificates of Sale, cancellations
▹ Provide legal opinions and advisory support

APPLICANT’S PROFILE

▹ Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public (essential)
▹ Preferably 3+ years’ experience in court work & Notarial practice
▹ Competency in drafting pleadings, security, legal documentation
▹ Excellent written & verbal communication – Sinhala & English 🇱🇰 SINHALA · ENGLISH
▹ Preferably below 30 years of Age
