Program Overview

The bank invites young and dynamic candidates to join as Banking Trainees and build a professional career in the banking sector. This fast-track program is designed to develop future banking professionals.

Training Period

• With 1 year banking experience – Training period: 1 year
• With minimum 11 months banking internship – Training period: 1.5 years
• With a recognized degree before training – Training period: 1.5 years
• Following a degree during training and graduate within 1.5 years – Training period: 1.5 years

Eligibility Criteria

Age

• Between 18 – 24 years

Educational Requirements

• G.C.E O/L with 06 subjects
• Minimum 04 “C” passes including Mathematics
• “A” or “B” pass for English in one sitting

AND Any One of the Following

• G.C.E A/L with 3 “S” passes (excluding General English)
• Cambridge / Edexcel A/L with 3 “C” passes in one sitting
• CIMA completed up to Operational level
• CMA completed up to Operational level
• ACCA completed up to Skills level
• CIM (UK) completed up to Diploma level
• IABF / DBF completed at Institute of Bankers Sri Lanka
• AAT passed finalist
