Program Overview
The bank invites young and dynamic candidates to join as Banking Trainees and build a professional career in the banking sector. This fast-track program is designed to develop future banking professionals.
Training Period
- With 1 year banking experience – Training period: 1 year
- With minimum 11 months banking internship – Training period: 1.5 years
- With a recognized degree before training – Training period: 1.5 years
- Following a degree during training and graduate within 1.5 years – Training period: 1.5 years
Eligibility Criteria
Age
- Between 18 – 24 years
Educational Requirements
- G.C.E O/L with 06 subjects
- Minimum 04 “C” passes including Mathematics
- “A” or “B” pass for English in one sitting
AND Any One of the Following
- G.C.E A/L with 3 “S” passes (excluding General English)
- Cambridge / Edexcel A/L with 3 “C” passes in one sitting
- CIMA completed up to Operational level
- CMA completed up to Operational level
- ACCA completed up to Skills level
- CIM (UK) completed up to Diploma level
- IABF / DBF completed at Institute of Bankers Sri Lanka
- AAT passed finalist
