Educational Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications depend on the post applied for. Some important requirements are summarized below.
A recognized Bachelor of Law degree, Attorney-at-Law qualification and relevant experience are required. The Senior Legal Officer cum Company Secretary position requires at least 10 years of post-qualifying experience, while the Legal Officer position requires at least one year.
Recognized degrees in the relevant engineering, surveying or quantity surveying disciplines are required for the professional posts, together with the applicable professional membership and experience. Engineering Assistants may qualify through specified technical diplomas or NVQ Level 6 qualifications.
Relevant degrees or specified professional accounting qualifications from institutions such as CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA and AAT Sri Lanka may be accepted, depending on the position. Experience requirements differ by post.
The Analyst Programmer position requires a recognized IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering degree and Associate Membership of the Computer Society of Sri Lanka. The QHSE Officer position requires a recognized bachelor's degree and the specified six-month CIDA Construction Safety and Occupational Health diploma.
Applicants require the specified G.C.E. Ordinary Level results, three passed G.C.E. Advanced Level subjects excluding the General Paper, and computer literacy in email, internet, information technology and MS Office.
Drivers require the specified G.C.E. O/L results, a valid heavy-vehicle driving licence and at least three years of driving experience after obtaining the licence. Technical support positions require the relevant NVQ qualifications or other specified technical certifications.

Salary & Other Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed at suitable salary points depending on their qualifications and experience, according to Management Services Circular No. 01/2025.
- Employer EPF contribution: 12% of salary.
- Employer ETF contribution: 3% of salary.
- Recruitment will be based on merit determined by an interview panel.
