📢 Bank of Ceylon (BOC), Sri Lanka's leading state-owned commercial bank, is inviting applications from experienced IT and technology professionals for the prestigious position of Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Contract Period: 03 Years (Fixed-Term)

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Engineering or a related field.
Degree must be recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka.
Relevant professional qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

📈 Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years of total work experience in a local or international bank or financial institution.
At least 05 years of experience in a similar senior leadership capacity.
Proven experience in leading digital transformation and technology-driven change initiatives.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement the Bank's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure alignment of technology operations with business objectives.
Develop IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance and operational frameworks.
Manage IT operations, service providers and enterprise-wide technology solutions.
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing IT teams.
Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Negotiation, networking and people management skills.
Ability to lead organizational change and digital transformation.
