Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess a proficiency certificate at a level not lower than National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 05, issued by a technical or vocational training institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, in a field related to Information and Communication Technology.
Other Relevant Qualifications
- Website design and development
- Computer graphic design
- Proficiency in English/Tamil languages
- Relevant professional experience
2. Management Assistant (Non-Technical)

Salary Code: MA 1-1 – 2025
Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220 – 83,390
Qualifications for External Applicants
- Passed six (06) subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
- Credit passes in four (04) subjects including Sinhala or Tamil, Mathematics and English.
- Passed at least three (03) subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, excluding the Common General Test.
Additional Qualifications
Proficiency in computer usage, preparation of letters and reports, data collection and analysis, English/Tamil language skills, relevant knowledge and professional experience will be considered special qualifications.
