Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited (AASL) invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the prestigious position of Head of Security, Fire & Rescue Services. This senior leadership role is directly responsible to the Board of Directors for ensuring aviation security and fire safety operations at Sri Lanka’s international airports.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Overall management of Airport Security & Fire Rescue Divisions
Ensure compliance with ICAO aviation security & fire standards
Maintain Airport Security Programme effectiveness
Supervise Fire Stations at BIA, MRIA, CIAR, JIA & BDA
Oversee fire equipment, extinguishing media & performance reports
Provide VIP & sensitive passenger security
Ensure safe custody of arms and ammunition
Conduct inspections & enforce corrective actions

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s Degree (UGC Recognized)

✔ MBA or Postgraduate Degree in relevant field

✔ Minimum 15 years post-qualifying experience (10 years managerial level)

OR Commissioned Officer (Brigadier or above) / SSP or above – Sri Lanka Police

Age Limit: Not more than 57 years

💰 Salary & Benefits

Attractive remuneration package with additional fringe benefits. Selected candidates may be required to serve at any airport location in Sri Lanka.
